Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping destination, as well as the weight and order values. Here's a summary below to assist you.

UK Standard (excl. N.Ireland):
Up to 2kg - £3.25 (2nd Class shipping)
2kg+ - £6.50
FREE: Orders over £100 (exclusions - XL & XXL looms, large hoops/frames & large wall art)
FREE: Letterbox Kits

UK Express (excl. N.Ireland):
Up to 2kg - £5.95 (1st Class shipping)
2kg+ - £8.50
(Please note that this express service only means 1st class shipping, this does not mean that the order is dispatched any quicker than usual dispatch times ((between 1-3 working days)).

 

*Occasionally, shipping is calculated incorrectly at the checkout. If this happens and you are overcharged, I will refund you the overage when I am dispatching the order 😊. *

Northern Ireland Orders:
Up to 2kg - £3.25 (2nd Class shipping)

(This new increase in shipping prices for Northern Ireland orders over 2kg, is a result of courier price increases)

International Orders:
International shipping prices vary, depending on the country and the weight of your order. The shipping quote will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent with tracking - tracking information can be requested after dispatch.

Tracked Shipping:
If you would like to purchase tracked UK shipping, please contact me via the 'Contact' page and I will provide a bespoke shipping quote for you.
 
Dispatch Times:
Orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days, excluding made-to-order items. If you would like an order urgently, please do contact me via the 'Contact' page and I will be able to advise of the earliest dispatch date for your order.

Customs:
All customs and import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
