How can I get in touch with you if I have any questions?

Do we take wholesale orders?

We offer wholesale discounts for greetings cards orders and lampshades, however unfortunately not for fibre art supplies.

A product that I want to order is out of stock, will it be restocked in the future?

Some products are restocked on a regular basis, some are not.Please get in touch if you'd like to know about a particular product.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, excluding made-to-order items. If you would like an order urgently, please do contact us via the 'Contact' page and we will be able to advise of the earliest dispatch date for your order. From dispatch, most UK orders arrive within 2-3 working days, as they are generally sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Larger orders are often sent via courier services, which are usually 1-3 day services. International orders vary, dependant on the destination, but are always sent with tracking. Please get in touch with us, if you would like more information on time frames to your particular destination.
